Job Description
August Health is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead the design effort for a key product area, creating exceptional user experiences that improve outcomes for senior living communities and their residents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated/complex domains
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including your process and the impact of your designs
- Expertise in user research methodologies and translating research insights into design decisions
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to micro-interactions and usability details
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions and tell compelling stories
- Systems thinking and ability to design scalable solutions that work across multiple use cases
- Collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
