Job Description
August Bioservices is a growing, high-growth CDMO (contract development manufacturing organization) seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to join their Finance department. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and expense management, providing financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. They are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of accounting and a passion for health-related research.
Requirements
- Finance, Accounting, or Economics undergraduate degree required.
- CMA/CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years experience in budgeting/financial planning with accounting knowledge.
- Strong partnership and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and self-motivated skills.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- QuickBooks knowledge considered a plus.
- Some business tax knowledge a plus.
