Water and Drainage Maintenance Technician

This full-time, permanent position is for an experienced Water and Drainage Maintenance Technician to join Auckland Airport's Engineering Services team. The role involves maintaining the airport's stormwater, wastewater, and potable water networks, requiring hands-on work in various weather conditions. It's a physically demanding role involving inspection, clearing debris, repairing infrastructure, and performing drainage maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in underground services draining related trade roles.
• Strong technical understanding of service drawings and locating underground services.
• Keen work ethic and ability to work outdoors.
• Class 2, Hiab truck and Fork Hoist license (desirable)
• NZQA Level 1 Traffic Management (desirable)
• NZQA Level 1 Driving License (desirable)
