Job Description
We are looking for a Support Technician to join our HelpDesk team in Aneby, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, registering, resolving, and following up on issues from our users across Europe. Experience in Microsoft's environment, networking, virtualization, and ITIL is desirable.
Requirements
- Education in IT or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft's environment, networking, virtualization, and telecommunications
- Experience of working in an ITIL environment
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Ability to cooperate with people and work in a team
- High degree of flexibility
