Job Description
Attentive is an AI-powered mobile marketing platform transforming consumer engagement through personalized journeys. They are seeking a Program or Project Manager to lead a team of Implementation Consultants, helping them evolve their methodologies and onboard new customers. The role involves team leadership, project management, coaching, and collaboration between Sales and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of high-performing experience in implementing ecommerce and/or marketing saas technology
- 1-3 years of experience managing Implementation teams or demonstrated leadership and/or coaching experience
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Extremely personable and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales and CS
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
