Requirements

• BS/MS in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, math, qualitative social science, operation management, finance)
• 2+ years of experience in consumer finance or analytical experience in a related industry
• Intermediate to advanced experience in SQL, Snowflake, SAS or Python
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how to utilize data to target improvements and solve problems
• Strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
