Sales Development Representative (Health System)

Atropos Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong Health System sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target prospects, initiate contact through various outbound channels, and set up discovery meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Health System accounts
• Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Passionate about healthcare and technology
