Job Description
The Director of Perioperative Services supervises and coordinates clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality patient care. This role involves team leadership, staffing management, financial management, and documentation. The Director is a liaison for clinical team members and provides support to the designated leader.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree from a health-related program.
- Master’s degree in Nursing required for MSN.
- Appropriate professional leadership certification within one year of eligibility for certification exam.
