Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the Claims Processing industry and knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, and Toad. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience with reporting and relationship management, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

- PL/SQL or Oracle or Toad experience
- Tableau experience
- Experience with reporting
- Experience with relationship management
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple complex tasks
- Ability to successfully multitask and escalate as needed
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to resolve technical issues
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, SQL
- Experience with query based tool (e.g. TOAD)
- Strong Business requirements experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Mortgage Industry/Finance background preferred
