Resident Engineer

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to support our company's business in the Automotive Microphones and Headphones business unit. The position will involve customer-facing responsibilities in the Greater Detroit area in support of HEA's customer GM and related Tiers.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent in Engineering, preferably Acoustics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working as an Audio/Electronics Resident Engineer with North American OEM's
• Experience working with GM Engineering Preferred
• 2-5 years of engineering experience in the field of acoustics and measurement or Audio/Electronics
• Strong background in microphones, audio technology, audio architecture or Electronics
• Background in electrical and/or mechanical automotive product development
