Requirements

• Create customer loyalty through needs based conversations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services
• Proficiency in digital channel technology
• Drive proactive sales conversations
• Acquire new customers
• Promote the branch’s overall growth
• Partner with other lines of business
• Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs
• Serve as a contact for customer problem resolution
• Review individual performance and make necessary adjustments
• Perform teller functions and cash transactions
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures
• Perform complex branch operational duties as assigned
• Ensure that all required training is successfully completed
