Job Description
The Activities Assistant implements a varied activity program to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the Atlantic Shores residents. This role involves leading discussion and special interest groups, games, and other activities, and working special events for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months to one-year of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to lead activities and motivate residents and fellow team members
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely manner
- Organization and time-management skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Windows, Outlook, and Excel)
