Requirements

• Maintain accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor them for side effects.
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans.
