Requirements

• Master's degree in pharmacy
• Participate in preparation of magistral and galenic preparations
• Actively participate in organizing and creating the visual image of the location where you work
• Provide mentorship and professional supervision to pharmacy technicians and assistants
• Participate in organizing and motivating your team
• Ensure respect for good pharmacy practices and legal norms
• Encourage innovations in all segments of pharmacy work and promote additional services contributing to the improvement of pharmaceutical care and promotion of the profession
