Job Description
The Rehabilitation Aide will assist the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians by performing administrative and clinical duties. They will greet patients, work alongside physical therapists, and perform tasks such as applying hot/cold packs and cleaning equipment.
Requirements
- High school graduate and/or intern preferred
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations
