Job Description
Join athenahealth as a Dental Onboarding Manager to lead customers through the implementation of athenaOne Dental, ensuring timely and predictable delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive accountability and coordinate day-to-day project activities across a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related professional experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Public Health, Education, or another closely related field
- 5-7 years of related professional experience in revenue cycle management, electronic dental records (EDR), and/or electronic medical records (EMR)
- Minimum one year of project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
