Configuration Associate

The Configuration Associate is responsible for connecting customers with their payers and patients on athenaNet in order to improve customer value and athena operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Work independently to lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Maintain project plans, balancing and setting clear stakeholder expectations while identifying and clearly communicating areas of risk
• Translate client requirements into accurate configuration on athenaNet
• Delivers training and consultation focused on improvement and/or optimization
