Community & Group Sales Representative

The Community & Group Sales Representative supports Athenaeum Center for Thought & Culture’s mission to connect people and organizations through the arts, thought, and community. This role focuses on cultivating and managing relationships with schools, parishes, and community organizations to drive group attendance and build long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or community engagement roles (performing arts or nonprofit experience preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to balance multiple outreach channels and leads
• Comfortable working in faith-based and educational settings with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• CRM literacy (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Tessitura experience a plus)
