Job Description
This Part-Time Zone Lead (ZL) position within the Retail department aims to maintain a consistent and profitable merchandising environment. The ZL is responsible for visual merchandising standards, creating a visually appealing store, engaging customers, and providing expert visual merchandising advice. They also handle tasks related to inventory, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
