Job Description
The Zone Lead supports merchandising in designated zones, maintaining visual standards and driving sales. This role focuses on visual merchandising, fixturing, and in-store promotion to enhance the store experience. The Zone Lead influences team members, ensures store standards are met, and represents the company culture of ethics, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
