Job Description
This Zone Lead role is crucial for the Zone Manager to maintain the visual merchandising standards and create a positive store atmosphere within designated zones. The Zone Lead collaborates with the Team to ensure a welcoming environment, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service. They also act as a coach, monitor store performance, and ensure compliance with safety and standards.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
