Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) will oversee all store processes to ensure they are maintained to company standards and drive sales. This role involves opening/closing stores, training, delegation, managing staffing, ensuring safety and security, and coordinating with the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is ethical, reliable, and dedicated to both customers and the company.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
