Job Description
The Operations Lead (OL) is responsible for overseeing store processes, ensuring adherence to company standards, driving sales, and maintaining a safe and ethical work environment. The OL plays a key role in all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, training, delegation, customer interaction, and inventory control. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, or team lift 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
