This Operations Lead (OL) role is crucial for the Home Décor retailer. The OL oversees store processes, maintains operational standards, trains team members, manages staffing, and ensures customer satisfaction and profitability. The role involves directly supporting store operations and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50-100lbs
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
