Bilingual Onsite Technical Support & Sales Representative

We are looking for a Bilingual Onsite Technical Support & Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting customer concerns, utilizing call center technology to deploy solutions, and meeting sales goals. As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate integrity in serving, solving, and selling with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
• Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
• Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
