Job Description
Astrome Technologies is seeking a Deployment Team Lead to manage the installation and integration of their E Band Wireless Radio solutions at client sites. The role involves leading a team, managing deployments, ensuring quality, and coordinating technical activities. It also requires maintaining adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electronics, Communication, or Information Technology)
- 5+ years of experience in deployment or field operations within the Wireless Microwave technology or telecommunications industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in IP networking, systems integration, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Familiarity with project management tools
