Job Description
Astrome Technologies is seeking a Lead RF Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge RF hardware for satellite communication systems. The role involves leading a talented team, tackling complex RF design challenges, and contributing to the advancement of the company's technology in the space sector.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in RF hardware design
- Extensive knowledge of RF system architecture and design principles
- Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and deploying RF systems in space applications
- Strong proficiency in tools for RF simulation and analysis (e.g., ADS, HFSS)
- Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCAD) for high-frequency applications
- Familiarity with RF testing equipment and methodologies, including spectrum analyzers and network analyzers
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
