Head of Sales

Astrome Technologies is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and drive strategic customer engagement within their wireless/terrestrial solutions portfolio. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building relationships with key customers and partners. This position focuses on strategic acquisitions and pipeline building for key sectors such as telecom, defense, and enterprise networks.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership in wireless communications
• Strong understanding of wireless backhaul, RF communications, 5G/4G infrastructure, and broadband network solutions
• Proven track record of closing large deals and managing strategic accounts
• Global or regional experience with telecom operators, defense/public sector clients, and infrastructure OEMs
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Business acumen and technology fluency
