Join Astro Malaysia as an Assistant Vice President, Engineering Manager - Mobile and be part of a vibrant & energetic office culture. You will manage a mobile apps team, mentor and motivate team members, and drive the delivery of high-quality iOS / Android Apps.
Requirements
- Manage a mobile apps team of 4-10 mobile engineers
- Mentor and motivate team members
- Drive on-time and high-quality delivery of the iOS / Android Apps of ASTRO Digital Products
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Drive the discussion with the team to design well-documented and good end-to-end solutions
- Communicate and align with all cross-functional teams
- Work with other Software Engineering Leads to define engineering metrics and apply software engineering best practices
