Technical Solutions Lead

Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to develop technical solutions for federal RFPs and write high-quality proposal content. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Lead or similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of specific experience as a Technical Solutions Lead, or similar role, supporting software development and cloud transformation related programs for Federal Government clients
• Broad understanding of federal IT domains including application development, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, data analytics, AI/ML, and network engineering
• Understanding of government acquisition processes and RFP structure
• Excellent written and oral communications skills with proven ability to generate and present briefings on corporate capabilities to key stakeholders, write proposals, articulate technology solutions, etc.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple parallel efforts
