Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Development Manager leading successful capture for federal government contracts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven track record of establishing and growing relationships with federal clients and understanding their procurement processes
- Established career of winning federal contracts within the federal government technology sector and establishing strong client relationships
- Ability to develop effective capture strategies, win themes, and discriminators
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain and create detailed documentation leveraging the Microsoft Suite
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
