Job Description
This Registered Nurse position is in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Operative Theatre departments at a hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves performing assessments, implementing interventions, and providing patient care throughout the entire treatment process. Nurses will be responsible for monitoring and caring for neonates on life support, including ventilator management, blood gas analysis, and administering medication. Collaboration with surgical teams is essential.
Requirements
- Perform assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Manage neonates on ventilator and CPAP
- Monitor hemodynamic parameters and perform anthropometric measurements
- Provide care for critical ill newborns
- Demonstrate competency in neonatal resuscitation
- Knowledge of immunization schedules
