Job Description
Assystem is a global leader committed to accelerating the energy transition. We're looking for a Senior/Principal Stress Engineer who will lead, build and guide a community of highly skilled stress engineers and deliver high-value technical work for clients while also shaping the direction, tools, talent and strategy of our stress capability.
Requirements
- Strong background in stress analysis / structural integrity
- Expertise in FEA (ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc.) and relevant assessment codes (ASME, BS7910, R6 etc.)
- Experience in the nuclear or similar highly regulated sector
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working toward it
- Ability to develop and implement technical strategy and capability development
