They are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Intune and Device Management) to operate endpoint management tools and collaborate with various IT teams. The role involves troubleshooting, problem resolution, and improving operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience working on IT operations in an enterprise environment
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting
• Wide knowledge of IT knowledge including Windows OS, device, network, application, and infrastructure
• Familiar with developing ServiceNow workflows
• Endpoint monitoring and observability using tools such as NexThink, Riverbed, Dyatrace...
