Job Description
Assured is seeking a Product SME to lead an end-to-end evaluation of the auto claims process, identifying friction points and opportunities for automation, and driving meaningful company-wide impact.
Requirements
- Prior experience working at a major carrier as a claims adjuster
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end auto claims process within P&C
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, data, and operational teams
- Proven ability to assess complex workflows and identify high-impact improvements
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-leverage initiatives with measurable financial impact
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
