Call Center Representative

Assure Dental is a dental group practice seeking a Call Center Representative to answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and assist with rescheduling and booking new dental appointments. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic, and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year experience in a dental office or in a call center environment
• Bilingual - SPANISH required
