Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Yorkville, Illinois (55051)

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the provision of nursing services to meet the identified health care needs of a designated population of clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse Trainer. The LPN collaborates with physicians, other health care providers, and the Interdisciplinary Team, as needed, to address client advanced medical needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and successful completion of accredited practical nursing program required.
• Current LPN licensure in good standing with the state of Illinois required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of professional experience providing respiratory treatments that include deep suctioning, administering medications and feedings through enteral tubes, and providing catheter care and maintenance required.
• One year of experience working with developmentally disabled adults highly preferred.
