Job Description
The Crew Assistant position is responsible for supporting the Crew Team in all matters related to crew staff and managing crew-related functions. The role involves ensuring the Group fleet is manned with qualified and skilled seafarers, staffing, employment, training, and development.
Requirements
- Advance training in Maritime Studies or similar field of expertise
- 1-3 years as crew assistant
- Calm in difficult situations
- Flexibility in work habits and work schedule
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent knowledge of English
