Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and integrations
- 3+ years leading Salesforce engineering teams (onshore/offshore preferred)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and metadata management
- Experience in large, multi-org Salesforce environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) highly preferred
