Job Description
AssistRx is seeking a Customer Service Representative to meet or exceed patient expectations. The role involves assessing patient needs, assigning priorities, triaging information, and providing information to both patients and internal teams. Responsibilities include working directly with patients, recording activities, and ensuring effective communication with external entities. The position is hybrid, requiring a balance between in-person and remote work.
Requirements
- Previous work experience in Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
- Professional level skills in computer use (Microsoft Office, email, web applications)
- Experience working with people in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
