Job Description
AssistRx is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the strategic direction and evolution of the Patient Engagement & Support portfolio. This role involves leading a team, defining strategy, managing performance, and partnering with various teams to improve patient outcomes and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and a strong background in portfolio leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with 3-5 years in portfolio leadership
- Deep understanding of patient support programs and healthcare delivery models in the life sciences industry
- Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, OIG guidance, FDA)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders
