The Job/What You'll Do: As a Sales Consultant Specialist at AssetMark, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team as they build and nurture new client relationships.
Requirements
- Act as primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues as well as a backup resource when sales team members are unavailable
- Help advisors understand and be able to explain platform fees and costs, as well as overcome objections they may raise
- Enhance the consultative process for the wealth management platform and service offering by driving scale and capacity for the sales team to ensure that clients needs are met
- Proactively communicate with advisors and ask insightful questions to identify additional needs and highlight expanded partnership opportunities
- Host regularly scheduled Webinars to train advisors on the AssetMark platform and offerings
- Manage the team’s meeting schedule and proactively encourage attendance to territory meetings
- Keep up to date with relevant investment information, including platform updates, marketing materials, operational changes, industry news, and market events
- Build relationships with advisors and deliver strong presentations through effective phone and written communication
