Regional Manager, Affordable Housing

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Regional Manager, knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing Laws, and excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Basic computer skills required
