Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will provide leadership and coordination of property financial statements for a group of clients. The role involves supervising a team of accountants, communicating with clients, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA Eligible or CPA Preferred
• Previous 3rd party multi-family property management experience
• Previous experience leading or managing a team of accountants
• Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of financial concepts
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
