Senior Product Manager, Cloud Platform

HID is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for their Cloud Platform, enabling mobile identity and credential management within the HID Origo Cloud ecosystem. This role involves driving innovation in cloud-based credential onboarding, subscription management, mobile credential provisioning, and partner integrations to deliver scalable, secure, and seamless access control experiences for enterprise, education, healthcare, and government verticals. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep experience in cloud platforms, SaaS infrastructure, user experience, and mobile technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and SaaS delivery models
• Experience with subscription management and billing for Cloud/SaaS product offerings
• Experience with multi-tenant and hierarchical channel/enduser based Cloud based operations
• Experience with deployment of global and regional Cloud platforms
• Understanding of access control and mobile credential technologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
