Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC router experience (aluminum machining preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of machining parameters for aluminum.
• Proficiency with measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Work Environment (fabrication shop with potential exposure to noise, metal dust, and machining lubricants).
