Job Description
Aspire Public Schools is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Assistant to support classroom teachers in providing personalized education for students. The role involves supporting classroom systems, implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with team members to promote a culture of high expectations. Requirements
- Competency in child cognitive development and learning styles
- Ability to implement Aspire Instructional Guidelines and Best Practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Associate’s degree or equivalent education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Clear background screening of D.O.J. clearance
- U.S. work authorization
