Elementary Teacher

We are accepting applications for immediate openings and the 2025-26 school year for Aspire Central Valley Regional Elementary and Secondary Schools as an Elementary Teacher. The role provides high-quality instruction in a small school environment, serving students in grades K-5 and upholding the mission and values of Aspire Public Schools.

Requirements

• Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities
• Assess students regularly and analyze student results
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices
• Communicate regularly with students and their families
• Involve parents and guardians as partners in their students' education
• Manage student behavior to ensure every student is fully engaged
• Actively participate in professional development activities
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance
• Identify unique student needs and collaborate with team members
