Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Operator to join their team at their Cayce, SC bakery. The ideal candidate will be accountable for operating equipment, packaging products, and ensuring all food meets Aspire Bakeries’ quality and safety specifications.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and adapt to frequent changes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, loud, dusty)
