Job Description
Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Operator 2 to join their team at their Swedesboro, NJ bakery. The Operator 2 will set up, operate, and monitor high-speed bakery production lines to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output. The role requires maintaining compliance with food safety, GMP, and health standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in using computers and navigating operating screens
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet production demands
- Knowledge of GMP standards and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability to work all assigned shifts
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in English (verbal and written)
